As both a City Councilor and a faith leader, he has ensured that the lived experiences of residents inform the decisions that shape Wilmington’s future. From expanding city board representation to creating new avenues for civic leadership, Clifford envisions a Wilmington where residents not only have a seat at the table but also have the tools and confidence to lead.
